All purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations once:

Digital products are downloaded or access is granted

Service work has begun or deliverables provided

Limited exceptions may apply for technical delivery issues or pre-service cancellations. Notice must be given before work agreement begins via email ([email protected]).

All content is owned by DVIC LLC. You may:

Use under a limited, non-transferable license
